Chroma key
Pull a key on a green screen, a solid backdrop, or any flat color — on video, GIFs or still images.
Add it as a layer effect
Chroma key is one of the layer effects, restricted to image, video and GIF sources. It runs at the source's own resolution before compositing, so anything you stack after it — a shadow, a blur — follows the keyed silhouette instead of the original rectangle.

feather | px | Blurs the resulting matte. |
choke | px | Grows or shrinks the matte to clean up edges. |
edgesOnly | toggle | Only removes border-connected regions, so a same-colored object inside the frame survives. |
invert | toggle | Keeps the key color instead of removing it. |
Keying more than one color
Stack a second chroma key card to key a second color — each card handles one key color, and they compose in order like any other effect.
One-click removal for stills
For a still image you don't want to hand-tune, the background remover applies the same keying math automatically — a fast path to a transparent PNG-style result without opening the effect controls.
